Trip by Nour & A – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
“Company” means Trip by Nour & A. “Client” means the person(s) named on the booking. “Contract” means the confirmed booking agreement.


2. Booking & Payment
2.1 A reservation is provisional until receipt of deposit.

2.2 Deposit: 30% of total tour price unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Balance payable 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days require full payment.

2.4 Payment methods will be specified on the invoice.


3. Price Changes
3.1 Prices may be amended prior to confirmation. After booking, price increases are possible only for reasons outside our control (fuel surcharges, currency fluctuation, supplier changes) and will be notified with justification.


4. Cancellations by Client
4.1 Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Cancellation charges: (as per web summary).

4.3 Any refunds due will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and any supplier fees.


5. Cancellations by Company
5.1 We may cancel for operational reasons (minimum pax not met, supplier failure, force majeure).

5.2 If we cancel, clients may accept alternative arrangements or receive full refund of monies paid for services not provided.


6. Amendments by Client
6.1 Requests to amend bookings will be processed subject to availability and may incur fees and supplier penalties.


7. Force Majeure
7.1 The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 7.2 In force majeure events we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives; clients may be offered refunds for unused services.


8. Insurance & Health
8.1 Clients must obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

8.2 Clients must disclose pre-existing medical conditions that may affect travel.


9. Liability
9.1 Our liability for loss, damage or injury is limited to the extent possible under applicable law.

9.2 We are not responsible for failure of independent suppliers or for events outside our control (airlines, local authorities).


10. Special Requests
10.1 Special requests (diet, mobility) must be stated at booking. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.


11. Complaints & Amendments
11.1 Complaints should be raised immediately on tour with the local guide or representative.

11.2 Written complaints must be submitted to Trip by Nour & A within 7 days after tour completion.


12. Data Privacy
12.1 Personal data collected is used to process bookings and comply with supplier requirements in accordance with our privacy policy.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Uzbekistan.


14. Miscellaneous
14.1 If any clause is deemed unenforceable, other clauses remain in effect.
